Google sheets - we have about 10 different tabs on the same sheet that we can both see and update no matter where we were. Had one for cost, guestlist, tables, music, bridesmaids / gifts / hair makeup tracking, groomsmen gifts, to-do, to pack, etc .

I have a binder, excel and word documents and a file of photos on my cell phone and work computer. I also have a clip board somethimes I will take home and back to work if I want to simplify my files for a day or so. I also have a Day of coordinator but she will realy just help the day of. up until then its pretty much all on me.

I relied very heavily on The Knot Wedding Planner. Every night my husband would see me scribbling in it! Checking things off, printing out pictures from Pinterest and taping them into the spaces provided in the binder. The timeline and flow of the binder is very realistic and practical. Also goes hand in hand with the knot wedding planning app which you have with you everywhere via your phone. Additionally I carried around a little notebook with me, it had bride written in the front, but could be any notebook to write notes that would pop up into my head!

I have a planner...weddingwire and pinterest. and i still feel like i'm all over the place lol
