We are sending out save the dates this month for our wedding since it is a destination wedding and most guests have to get a hotel for it. Do i send hotel block information with the save the dates or wait and send it out with the invitations a few months before the wedding?

Do you have a wedding website? I would put your URL on your Save the Dates and put the hotel block information on the website

We had a wedding website so we included a link to it with our save the dates. Our website had all of the hotel information.

We sent a small business sized insert card with our main hotel block & our wedding website link. Before our invites went out we had 10+ rooms booked with the hotel so that was helpful for all out of state guests!

Hey there, Felicity. If you have the information about accommodation good to go, it would be best to include it with your STD for out of state guests.
Are you having a wedding website? As the PP mentioned, you could the URL to the STD and have all the information on the site!

If you created a wedding website through wedding wire your should be able to put any information about hotel under the accommodations link! I just edited my website page and copied the link into it.
