I have a courtesy block with a couple of hotels near our venue. Our guests will obviously know I have the rooms reserved but I don't want them to assume that they are already paid for. Do you think they will assume it's already paid for or should I mention that each guest is still financially...

Do you think they will assume it's already paid for or should I mention that each guest is still financially responsible to book their room(s)?

Is there a proper/polite way to give them a heads up to be prepared or should I just leave it as "we reserved rooms at these hotels"?

That's what I would think too! I mean my grandmother even assumed just because I invited her to join us at the open house at our wedding venue that I was going to pick her up. When she found out I wasn't, she didnt want to go anymore 🤷🏽‍♀️😒. I'll be sure to have an accommodations card as well. The info is already on our website.
