How to keep guest cooler??? It’s going to be so hot on our wedding day. In California- 26 days- out of money for tents pretty stressed about it. Our pics will prob all be totally sweaty, wilted flowers, and in direct sun. starting ceremony at 3:30pm. What on earth were we thinking?!

    I have that same fear for my wedding at the end of June. We rented two large industrial rotating fans for the ceremony and reception. For the ceremony, I’m also going to put bins out with parasols, bug spray, and tanning lotion if they need. I found some really charming parasols online Smiley smileSmiley smile

    I chose to have my reception inside for this exact reason. I don't want anyone to be miserable so outdoor ceremony and then right inside.

    I hope the tanning lotion is really sunblock...I think most people would prefer sunblock over tanning lotion

    Like others have said, you should really try to rent tents. We go to a friends house many times during the Las Vegas summer and they keep their guests cool buy using a swap cooler. It works great! Maybe you can rent a couple?
