So I got a quote from a lady who does hot chocolate and gourmet marshmallows. For about 450.00 I can get a hot chocolate bar that includes all the cups/straws, my chice of 7 marshmallow flavors, hot chocolate, whipped cream, salted caramel sauce, butterscotch and chocolate sauce. They will also do a smore's bar with roasters on site. This sounds so fun to me! But I'm not sure if a lot of people would use it? I plan on providing a few bottles of liquor for people to spike it if I do this 
She also mentioned that she could make some coffee infused hot chocolates for people who wanted the extra caffeine boost.
FH thinks it would be good for the kids (though I don't think we'll have as many kids in actual attendance as he thinks. I'm thinking 10 or less). He also likes the idea for his family, none of whom drink alcohol. In Oklahoma the weather on Oct. 17th could be warm, almost hot or it could be rainy and cold. There's no telling until the week of.
