Honoring my father's memory?

Brandi, on March 12, 2011 at 4:42 PM

My father passed away unexpectedly last March. It's been extremely difficult for me, especially since we're making wedding plans and he won't be there. What can I do to honor his memory at the wedding without bringing up a lot of sadness?

    Brandi,

So sorry for your loss. You might want to check out www.wishlantern.com

Traditionally used in Asia for celebrations and festivals, many people release Wish Lanterns to symbolise the release of their worries and problems.

It is unique - Wishing you the best!

We both lost our fathers, me last year and him several years ago. We are going to leave a seat empty on each side of the aisle. I am going to wear my dad's wedding ring as a thumb ring. And we are going to have pictures of them on the mantle.
