Honeymoons... Where is everyone going???

Fun! I love theme parks! We're thinking St. Lucia. I've never been, but my SO has and the pictures are gorgeous. Other places we're considering are Paris, Greece, Spain, Fiji, Switzerland, and Jamaica.

We spent our two week honeymoon in Hawaii. It was Incredible. Pricier then we imagined, but worth it.

View Quoted Comment Oh wow!!! My FH said from being in the military that it was expensive there. Burbank is too but we found a private Air B&B that's an apartment that sits along the beach. I'm looking forward to the early morning swims for that time.

We are most likely going to El Dorado Royale in Mexico. We went there in 2018 and we loved it! I love all inclusive resorts, so it was perfect. This time we will amp up our stay (stay longer, splurge on a nicer room etc).

I love universal! I hope you have fun! We’re not taking one. We’re using any money we’re being gifted to help pay off the wedding. And instead of coming up with honeymoon money we’re purchasing an RV instead! We’re planning to RV full time for quite a while around the country and through Canada. We’re moving out of our apartment right before our wedding. Stressful 😅 hoping to go on a one year wedding anniversary trip to Norway to see the northern lights!

Loved going to Universal Studios - are you going to go and do the back stage special day you can book? We saw all this stuff that the normal tourists don't get to see. We also got lunch included and reserved seating for shows. It was definitely worth doing

We’re going to probably be on the road full time for at least a year but probably more! My family loves traveling and I’ve been lucky to have had the opportunity growing up to fundraise and save money to visit plenty of other countries and visit places in the US. I’ve had amazing opportunities to do it a lot over my life with them and with friends. Then I brought the travel bug into my fiancés life and we absolutely LOVE road-trips together and we’re very spontaneous people so this is right up our alley! It’s been a dream for awhile to see everything the country has to offer!

We are booking a 9 night Italian Riviera & France cruise on Celebrity Cruise lines. (we LOVE cruising, and Celebrity is our go-to line) We cruise from Barcelona, and then head to Marseille, Nice, Santa Margherita, Florence, Sicily, Naples and then dock at Rome. We'll probably "bookend" the trip with 2 days in Barcelona before cruising and 2 days in Rome before departing.

We have never been to the west coast until 2 years when we moved here to AZ. Covid happened so we've really not seen anything on the west coast. So that's why we didn't mind going. He's got a few places he wants to go visit. But I picked out the apt. we will be staying in. Very private and away from the noise.

View Quoted Comment Thank you! But yeah we’re not planning for kids for quite a few years so our plan is to probably do this for a few years and try to make it to a few other countries before kids. We’ll see. He’ll be working remote as a data analyst and I have a business so we’ll still be working unfortunately but hoping to get my business to a place where he can work part time and that’ll give us more flexibility to sight see when we visit other states! It’s certainly going to be a change of life (and space) for us and our cat but I couldn’t be more excited

View Quoted Comment Listen my family is taking us to Disney world/ universal in December because we all love going to the parks so much (my fiance included) and we were supposed to go in 2020 and haven’t been in a few years. My fiancé and I are probably more excited to be going back than our own wedding 😂 I’m so jealous you’re going to see all the marvel stuff because I only got to spend half a day is Disneyland a long time ago and I’ve never been to universal Hollywood and I’ve been wanting to go!
