Are you going right after the wedding or are waiting awhile to go on your honeymoon. We went away for a couple of days and waited a year to take our honeymoon. We to Mexico for a week. We had a great time.

    My inlaws have a timeshare they booked for us starting the day after the wedding in the mountains of Tennessee, but we also wanted to go out of the country so we booked a 5 day cruise to Jamaica as well for next year!

    I got married a few years ago. Back on Wedding Wire for my sister’s upcoming wedding.


    We went to Mexico for 5 days and left 2 days after our wedding. I am so glad we did. I needed to decompress and relax. We went to an all inclusive. Very minimal planning needed.

    We are planning on doing a mini moon after the wedding to unwind from everything and then we are doing a Hawaiian cruise later in the year I can’t wait!

    That is great. I think it is so cool the way everyone is planning their honeymoon to relax and continue to enjoy themselves after the wedding. Whether it right it is right after the wedding or just taking a couple of days after and honeymoon later, everyone needs that time to chill. It is so cool to see how everyone is planning their honeymoon

    Greece in September! Wedding is July 27th. We wanted to avoid the peak summer months so we have a little gap between, but we hear September is amazing!

    I've seen some videos of trips to some of the underwater swimming caves. They looked quite amazing. Glad you go to enjoy that experience.

    We plan on doing a mini getaway to NOLA the day after the wedding till the following Wednesday. Then our big trip will be to either Punta Cana or Jamaica in June, so 3 months after our wedding.
