Honeymoon in Greece in October

We are thinking of going to Greece for our honeymoon in October.

Anyone have any comments about the weather in October? I am hoping it will be hot enough still to enjoy the beaches.

Anyone have recommendations on best islands? Or must sees?

It seems the way to go is to book through a travel agent, would you agree?

    I've been to Greece in October and the weather was nice. We were able to play in the ocean. I think I remember just one day that wasn't the best.

    We stayed on the island Evia but that is a quiet island, not very touristy.

    Hey Katie!!

    The weather in Greece in October should be warm enough to enjoy the beach, but not super hot that it would become uncomfortable for excursions.

    If you are not super confident researching local boats and ferries to different islands, then I think booking through a travel agent would be best. how long are you hoping to go away for? Are there any islands that are a must for you?
