Honeymoon in 2022

I was engaged in Alaska!
It's a beautiful place.

For us, we flew to Ancorage, rented AirBnB's and a car and drove all over. I used pinterest to find quick hikes and hidden gems for stopping points. We left a couple of weather days/down days, which I totally recommend on any vacation planning! We jetted down to Juneau for a couple days.
A few of the things to get you started: Amazing food at the Grape Tap in WasillaLook for moose and easy walking at Kincaid Park in Ancorage It's a nice drive and nice stopping points along Hatcher's Pass, including Mirror Lake Glacier boat cruise <we went out of Whittier>Kenai, lots of places to hop in the water and kayak or raft. <peep my profile pic is at Kenai>Homer. So cute. Touristy. Little shops. Fat Olives, food to die for. We went on a bear excursion. We took a helio to a mountain ridge / glacier hike. Amazing! Whale watching in a smaller boat in Juneau. I'd suggest not getting in a giant boat if you're trying to see whales. Canoed Mendenhall Glacier
But really what do you want out of your honeymoon? If you're choosing Alaska I'm guessing you want to do all the excursions and adventures like us!
I can't wait to go back.
