I recommend Wyoming. They have a small population so there's probably less COVID restrictions. My FH and I went there 2 years ago and we absolutely loved it.

There are other great spots but that was tragic news. In northern CA there a ton of beautiful redwood trees and coast.

We are doing St. Augustine, FL and then hitting Orlando for a day to do an amusement park. We already live in FL and our friends who have been to Disney/Universal have felt very safe. We are going in January.

I reccomand PUERTORICO however check for there phase with CVIOD over there , Florida or Vegas !!! Good luck

We’re doing a southeast toad trip which will include Charleston, Savannah, Amelia Island, and then end in Disneyworld.

We recently rented out a cabin in the great smokies and that was amazing, beautiful views and gatlinburg and Asheville are nearby. Vail or Aspen in Colorado is a good choice too. Lots of outdoor activities, luxury accommodations and yummy food.
