Honeymoon ideas

Seattle might be great for you guys! There are beaches for your hubby and mountains for you to hike. They also have zip lining and whale watching. And of course city attractions as well.

Beautiful views and great hiking - Bar Harbor Maine, Acadia National Park, Cadillac Mountain. - Bar Harbour does have beaches too on the Atlantic... so best of both worlds

Mt. Rainier, WA - need I say more... One of our favorite destinations.

Beaches, there are just tons. Depends if you want ocean, gulf, east coast, west coast...

Also agree with Maine! Mountains, light houses, whale watching, Acadia National Park -- it's seriously one of our favorite places.

Charleston, SC is definitely more beachy and warm, but SC also has a National Park for hiking.

In June, for hiking + beach, I too would suggest Maine. It will be beautiful and the weather quite nice.

FI and I lived in the South for a few years - the Blue Ridge Parkway is gorgeous and has tons of hiking opportunities with great views. But it's far from a beach and can be hot in June.

PP mentioned SC - there is a National Park, but I'm not sure how great the hiking is as it's in the Midlands which are flat.

We like to hike as well, so we are going to CO.

Our plans were to go to FL but we aren't doing a honeymoon now until later next year after we are married but keeping it local.

Idk where you're from, but have you looked into California? We have some great places that have beaches and hiking literally within 30 minutes or so of each other, up & down the coast.
