Where did you go on your honeymoon? How long was your honeymoon?

We will have a two year old by then. We are debating between a honeymoon or family vacation.

We went to japan and Hong Kong and it was kind of a long honeymoon maybe 2.5 weeks

We're going to St. Lucia for a week. You can still go on a honeymoon if you want/can find someone to sit for you or you can definitely do a family vacation and do a honeymoon later on. Some people even do it a year later. It's totally up to you.

We did Disney and Universal!
If you did something like that, you could certainly make it a family vacation, and, knowing Disney, you could probably ask for childcare/special kid thing so you could have a little bit of time for yourself.
That said, I'd try to make a little bit of time that's just the two of you, and then maybe blend in the family?
