Honeymoon Ideas

I've been looking at Panama as well for our honeymoon! The beaches are beautiful, but there are many things that I'm considering if we end up going there. For one, you would have to find some sort of means of travel to get to the Panama City Airport to one of the islands or to the shores of whatever city you're traveling to. There's also a higher amount of crime in Panama, I'm guessing it's more likely in the city, but whenever I travel internationally, I always try to be as safe as possible.
