Los Angeles but if you want places with better procedures in place I would suggest Chicago.

New Orleans ? I’m not sure of the covid situation there but as a trip location it’s great !

Depends what you're into! There are some awesome beaches in Florida, but will depend on the season

There is an all inclusive resort in Florida called Club Med, it's in Port St. Lucie. When were you planning on taking your honeymoon?

I'd try to go for a minimoon closer to home right now, because a lot of places are still mostly closed. For instance, here in NYC, Broadway won't be back until next year, and when the museums open, they'll be very restricted in capacity.

Could you maybe rent a small apartment for a week, maybe in SoCal?

It just seems unlikely that places that are "pandemic safe" will be very open right now.
