Honeymoon help

Lake Tahoe! If you want to be at the beach/swim in the lake then July and August is your best bet. It’s also beautiful the rest of the year but there is snow between November - April/May

What about Hilton Head, SC? My friends did their honeymoon there and had an amazing time.


Also, no beach, but Stowe VT in June is an absolutely incredible desination with great food, hiking, and nearby lakes for a dip
Nantucket MA is beachy, but few hikes.

Cape Cod, 100%. Not too far of a drive/ferry ride if you want mountain hikes, but there are a gazillion flat trails on the cape.

Southern California has lots of options

Sounds like Hawaii to me!

We are actually going to Tybee Island, GA. The beach is beautiful, only 20 min from Savannah so we can also get the big city adventure as well as the relaxing beach. There is a beautiful national park a bit more in the northern Georgia that we are stopping at along the way down.

Hi Emily! We just booked our flights to Savannah and are undecided on where to stay. We're stuck between Savannah itself, Tybee Island, and Hilton Head Island. Any suggestions?

Depends on where you're located so there's not much flight time to get to your destination. East Coast = US Virgin Islands, West Coast = Hawaii, specifically Kauai where there is an abundance of beaches, water sports, hiking to waterfalls and outdoor options with less people. San Diego, CA has nice beaches and hiking but the water is not as warm or clean if that is important to you.
