Honeymoon Help Please!

Adrian, on April 19, 2020 at 12:52 AM Posted in Honeymoon 0 2

My fiance and I were supposed to get married in 4 weeks, but because of COVID, we decided to move it to November. We are debating two completely different trips- Ireland or a Florida beach. Either place we stay he wants the "honeymoon experience" with the whole package. I'm having a difficult time trying to find these packages/suites. Our budget is around $2500 or so, can someone please give me suggestions before my eyes cross from looking at these sites.

Thank you!

I’m not sure I would try to go to Ireland this fall. Or get really good travel insurance in case we can’t travel internationally based on talk of round 2.

Can you define "honeymoon experience"? It could mean a lot of things to a lot of people - for DH and I, it just meant a little extra attention at Disney World, and time to ourselves... for other people, it means fully catered meals and private suites.

As KPAR said, though, I'm hesitant to bank on travel internationally this year, or even to Florida. Things are changing so rapidly, it's probably best to do a lot of research, but hold off on decision making for a little bit. Once we have a clearer idea of how this world crisis is going to play out, decision making will get easier.
