Honeymoon for September!

Samantha, on June 13, 2019 at 10:01 AM Posted in Honeymoon 0 2

Hello,

My fiance and I are debating where we want to go for our honeymoon next September. We are located in central Pennsylvania and he only wants to drive to wherever our destination ends up being. We currently are thinking of doing Virginia Beach and the surrounding areas but neither of us has been there so we don't really know what to expect or what to do while there other than sit on the beach. Anyone have any other ideas for places we could go that are within a reasonable driving distance? We always go to OCMD every single year with family so I don't really want to do that. I want something different for us. I am also wondering what all there is to do in Virginia Beach? Places to eat, things to do, etc. I appreciate the help and input!

Have you considered staying close and going to the Poconos? Or Niagra Falls? Both are popular destinations for newlyweds within driving distance and that time of year is beautiful weather.

    Hi Samantha!

Victoria has some great suggestions! Would you and your FH consider honeymooning in Niagra Falls or the Poconos? I visited the Poconos once and it was beautiful!

TripAdvisor has some awesome lists of place to eat and things to do in Virginia Beach, you should check it out Smiley smile

There is also a website called VisitVirginiaBeach you can browse for ideas for your trip if you decide to go! It looks like a gorgeous destination!

How long do you plan on going on a honeymoon for?
