Honeymoon Delay

I insisted we go. I hate procrastinating.. I was married 30+ yrs ago & promised a honeymoon that never happened. Stayed married 29 disappointing years too. This time around I am doing everything the way it was intended❤️

We are getting married at a Boutique Inn & Spa about 1 hour away from home, so we will just be staying there for 2 extra nights. It's pretty much a staycation! We will think of planning a more traditional honeymoon when we can save up some more cash. The wedding well is completely dried up at this time lol.

Well my Fiancee and I are calling this the Wedding that Never Happened.....as we both are divorced and now looking forward to being with the person we were supposed to be with!

Yes we were married May 28th but delaying our honeymoon for December and taking three weeks off in the Dominican Republic. This is largely due to our work schedules.

My Fiancé and I are thinking of postponing. Our wedding is next October which means I’ll still be in school for fall semester! When the semester ends in December, we’re thinking of going to Mexico. This gives me time to get my passport also

We were married in April, and are waiting until September to go on our honeymoon. Can’t wait!

We couldn’t agree and get something planned before and we are going to be exhausted!

We are going on a cuirse to Jamaica a week after the wedding

We are getting married Friday 7/8/2022 and wanted to go on our honeymoon right after; my fiancé is a teacher and so we can really only travel in the summer months, it's also why we wanted to get married in the summer! Our original flight to St Lucia was supposed to leave Saturday night after we get married, layover in Charlotte overnight, and then land in St Lucia Sunday. However, American Airlines pushed our flights so we're now leaving Sunday morning. It actually works out so we can kind of chill out and regroup Saturday before we leave for a week! We never really considered delaying our honeymoon; we knew that if we didn't go right after our wedding, we might never go. If anything, and especially if money is an issue, do a little weekend away right after or a "mini-moon" and then actually have a plan to go away in the future.

We have three planned. One right after the wedding one a month later then one in December to celebrate my birthday

It's nothing compared to these 3 weeks leading up to the wedding...throw in a car accident and so many other appointments and I'm 100% ready to relax in St Lucia for a week!

We are road tripping with motorcycles to Maine for a destination wedding. So I will have a few days riding as a newlywed before we trailer them back to Minnesota. Not my ideal honeymoon but with gas prices they way they are... that's about all I can spend.

We got married in April of 2021 and we are taking our honeymoon in July of 2022. We couldn’t go on a honeymoon right after our wedding so we took a couple of days just to get away
