Got my wedding dress a couple days ago unexpectedly. I love the honey underlay as it shows the intricate details of the lace, looks more unique/sexier and makes the cutouts not so apparent— but now I’m having second thoughts, and debating on the all white. We will also be adding sleeves. Not sure if...

Unpopular opinion-get a classic white or ivory. I am not a fan of nude linings. I think it's a trend and will die out and 20 years later you will want a white dress.

I love it! Something to keep in mind is that if you go with a white underlay with intricate lace or beading that is also white, the intricacies may not always show up in photography. I think its wise and timely to have the alternate underlay coloring.

Awww you’re so sweet! I have another bridal appointment today to try on the dress again and finalize the underlay color. The consultant said she had 2-3 more of the same dress sell, all in honey, and was telling me how it’s the “best color” lol. But like you I have the same concern about feeling/looking bridal. However I’m super fair skinned/red head/freckles ect... lol and have read that not only does white not photograph well, it can totally wash me out. Sigh. Hopefully this appointment gives me some peace of mind.

Don’t second guess your initial choice! Both are beautiful. Funny story, I got the same dress in all ivory but was regretting have not gone honey underneath. But me personally I always wanted all white. The honey just looks soooooo pretty😍

I ended up going back to the salon and trying it on and I immediately fell in love with it again 😂 yay!! I’m glad you got the same one. They’re both so beautiful!!
