Have any of y’all been to Hilton Head SC for your honeymoon? Specifically the port royal sound side.. we are planning a trip in early May and just want to make sure that’s a good place to honeymoon & find some things to do & romantic places for dinner!

I haven't honeymooned in Hilton Head, but I am from SC and have been there before. It's definitely one of the nicer beaches in SC!

My family used to go there all the time as a kid, but we didn't honeymoon there.
However, it's gorgeous, there's lots of nice restaurants and things to do - check out the live singing offered at various waterside complexes.
It's definitely more built up than when I was a kid, but it's still super nice and easily made romantic.

Hilton Head is a beautiful, romantic honeymoon destination! How long will you two visit for?
The Hilton Head official website has some great information for planning your visit, including things to do, where to eat, etc. A waterfront restaurant would be super romantic!
