High heels and outdoor (on the grass) ceremony!?

Hi guys- I'm having trouble figuring out what I should do about my shoes for the ceremony. We're getting married outside, on the grass. I want to wear heels under my dress- and I really don't want to wear wedges. Do those plastics heel protectors work? Anyone else have experience with this? Thanks! ...

    Do not do heels in grass! It will sink every time. Save your feet some trouble and go with flats! Smiley smile

    I'm doing block heels with a strap. nice and sturdy
