Hi!
I just found my dream dress today and said yes to it. It is a Martina Liana. They didn’t measure my hem and told me I have to take it to the alteration when the dress comes in. Now that I think about it more I wonder why they don’t do it while they’re making the dress? It would be more cost effective, less time consuming and less risky. Does anyone have the same experience and know why? This is a ballgown dress with a lot of layers and design at the bottom of the hem, that is why I’m a little concerned.
