Not all, but a lot of boutiques require you to make an appointment before you come in. So you should try to find a way to contact the shops you are interested in before you go. Every place will be different

Totally agree with everyone- check with the boutiques. Since I was only allowed 2 to come dress shopping, I only brought 2 to my fitting.

I agree with the previous comments to check the policies of the shops you are visiting. One other thing to keep in mind is that the more people you bring with you, the more opinions you need to take into account. It's difficult to please everyone, and it can be overwhelming to try to find a dress that everyone likes (even though your opinion is the only one that matters when searching for your dress). My suggestion is to only bring 1-3 people with you, so that your opinion is heard the most.

Due to COVID I could only bring 1. Check with you alterations place.

It depends on the place you want to purchase from. A lot of bridal boutiques have the option to make an appointment online. Also, most, on their website has their new COVID policies that should explain how many you people you can bring.
