You can browse for a venue on eventective.com or partyslate.com or have a full service planner find one for you. They are not cheap by any means if you hire someone else to do all the work.

You can hire a wedding planner that can help you from the very beginning - or, you can do it yourself (that's what me and FH did). I found a ton of venues through here (wedding wire). I went onto their websites, looked at pictures, location, size, etc. and if the places looked like something that we wanted, we emailed them to get a quote. If the quote seemed reasonable, we scheduled a tour and then went from there - it really wasn't too difficult!

As others said a wedding planner will do the work for you or using apps like wedding wire or the knot. I actually found my venue through a google search.

You can also ask friends and family for some ideas. I actually found our venue through a coworker of mine who recommended it. She had been there for an event and thought it was beautiful, so we checked it out and fell in love.
