How many people are you inviting, and how many tables do you get? Also, are the tables round/rectangular and what's the diameter? Asking bc it'll help figure out the max amount of people at each table

Escort carts are so much easier on everyone: you, your guests, your caterer and your wallet. Make a list of every individual including yourselves and your vendors (photographer, coordinator, dj) and put each name on a mini post it note. On a poster board, draw your tables and arrange the names on the post it’s around each one. That way you can move around as needed and it doesn’t cost you the hefty expense of reprinting a poster with names if someone has to be moved or there is a typo. Once you decide on that layout, then you fill out the escort cards: full name on the outside and table assignment on the inside. Get extras because you will have typos. If your caterer requires a code of some sort for plated meal choices, it’s easier for them (the waiters) to see a solid colored cardstock tent card (that you can purchase blank on Etsy in a variety of colors) from a distance and know what meal each color represents because you give the color key to the caterer with the final headcount.

    This is my plan:
make two columns name and table number. sorted by lastname, firstname. Find a boarder that you like. Copy and paste in your table.
    Print a poster at staples
