Could you pick up a side gig like Instacart or something similar to Grubhub? Few nights a week and hopefully you’d be able to get some extra cash? That or maybe open a credit card to cover your last bit of wedding expenses? I’m really sorry this is happening to you! I hope it all works it’s self out and doesn’t cause you more stress than it already has.

I agree with opening a credit card or taking a personal loan out from the bank. Hopefully you'll receive enough cash gifts to pay it off immediately.

TBH I don't like this trend but lately I've seen car windows painted with Venmo accounts and slogans such as: "Buy Jim a drink for his 21st bday" or "Celebrate the Bachelorette" and I can't believe the amount of money people rake in. If strangers are that willing and gullible then so be it!

I made $100 doing doordash for 2 hours, so if you could pick up a side gig like that, it could help.

In addition to the suggestions in the previous comments, can you talk with the vendor and see if they'll give you an extension on your payment? It's not a guarantee that they will allow it, but if you explain the situation to them, they might be willing to accommodate your request.

Ask for an extension with the vendor? What about your parents or your groom?
