Hi Alexis! That's so exciting that you found the dress you had been searching for, but having 2 dress can def. be nerve-wracking, especially when you are planning on only wearing one!

Still White is a site where you can sell your wedding dress! The only downside is that you may not get the full amount that you paid for for your dress.

And of course you could always utilize sites like Facebook marketplace, tradesy, poshmark, etc

All of the sites Chrysta linked are definitely reputable and I know people have found success selling in FB marketplace as well. Just be warned (if you aren't already aware) that you'll probably need to price your dress lower than you'd like to in order to see it sell. Most of the dresses I've heard of being sold (not just listed, but purchase) are sold for about 50% of their original purchase price. Even unworn/unaltered, people on reselling sites are looking for deals. I'd start by listing it for what you'd like to get for it, but if there's no interest after a month, dropping the price. I personally would rather take a cut in selling price than have to hold onto a second dress I had no plans on ever wearing.

You can also look and see if you have a bridal consignment shop near you.

I got my dress off Stillwhite- never worn! It is a super reputable company that does their best to protect both the seller and the buyer. You probably won't get full price back for it, but you can recuperate the bulk of the cost for sure!
