Is there a way I can have guest RSVP on WW by adding there name and count?

Adding each guest fir a huge hawaii wedfing is stressing me out. I sent out save the dates that include our WW webpage.

Someone also told me you can import an excel spreadsheet, but i have had zero luck.

Help, please. Thank you

No I don’t think so. I think you need to add them so people just can’t add in whatever names they want to.

I used anrsvp.com and set the settings so people can self add themselves.

You still have time people tend not to RSVP with Dave the dates.

I think you still have to add in people individually even if you made an excel spreadsheet. If you don’t have specific people, you will get guests added that you weren’t planning on inviting.

My website is on the knot, and if you set your spreadsheet up how they want it, you can import it. Have you contacted WW support?

Hi Paula! In order for your guests to RSVP through your wedding website, they will need to be present within your guest list tool. We do not have an open RSVP feature at this time! You are able to click '+ Guest' and select the import option on that pop-up window if you have a CSV file that you want to upload

Thank you. But did this mean they couldnt RSVP on WW website? Is anrsvp.com a fdifferent website?

Thank you everyone for your help. I had figured out how to import WW excel sheet, but then when I tried to have a freind RSVP to test if it worked, they could only RSVP for theirself and could not ass plus ones etc. I am just trying to figure out a faster, easier way instead of having to type in 500 names for an rsvp. I am trying to figure out how my friend can RSVP and then add her family as plus ones, etc.

Hi Paula! In order for your guests to be able to RSVP for each other, they will need to be linked together in the guest list. To link guests, select one of the guests and click on the link to add related guests to them on the right side of the screen. From there, search for and select the guest that you want to link to them.
