Help with my rsvp Page

I have just put my page live that my guests can RSVP. I have just tried testing it, and just realizing there is some fault. I don wish for them to RSVP for any Shower, or Dinner Rehearsal, or select a menu, I want just a simple Wedding day RSVP, but I am getting all these other stuff coming up. Can anyone assist? Please!

If you go I to the guest list and find the settings tab you can disable those I believe

Hi Patricia! You can remove wedding events by heading to your Guest List tool, clicking the event you would like to remove, clicking the blue 'Settings' text on the right side of the screen and then clicking 'Remove' at the bottom of the screen. You can also edit meal tracking options for remaining wedding events with this settings tab!

Thank you. I was able to disable those event.
Now as I test the RSVP section, and search for names I am getting a message saying "No matching guest found" while I know they have been inputted into he guest list.
Any suggestion>
