Help with layout

So we are having our ceremony and reception in the same 3500 square foot conference center. Our guests will be seated in round tables. Those will be their seats for both the ceremony and plated meal. Round tables are the only options available. There will be a cocktail.hour in the social room right outside the Conference room. There is where we will have the appetizers, bar, and photo booth set up. There will be no flipping or turning over the conference room. There is no wedding coordinator or venue manager. I have 120 guests that counting our 7 vendors (the vendor table will be already set up also in the conference room. Any recommendations where to set up the cake/cupcake table, gift/card table, DJ, and sweetheart table. I attached a picture of the room and a screenshot layout. The area labeled dance has a fireplace that we will be saying our vows in front of it. The area labeled aisle is the area we would be walking down and also out. I'm not sure how to set up the tables? Would you feel more comfortable with 6 or 8 guests per table? Per fmil request I did 4 reserved tables for FH family. I have two reserved tables for my family. The rest is open seating. Which we won't be changing. Thanks in advance.

I would have your DJ & Sweetheart table near the dance floor...that sort of brings all the attention to y'all. As far as how many to sit per table, that will depend on how big your tables are. I know that my tables only comfortably sat 8 max, even though the venue tried to say they could seat 10...but there is no way.

Hey there! I agree with the pp that your sweetheart table should be close to the ‘dancefloor’ area that you will be at the top of the room and the attention will be on you. I would suggest then to have your DJ set up in one of the corners near your dancefloor as you will want the music to be loudest there.
