Help with first dance song

We are doing Kane Brown-Good as You. FH picked it! Our second runner up was Dan & Shay-From the Ground Up.

This is not country but its slow and very meaningful "love Somebody" by Lucas Graham. Everyone i have played it for just loves it and we are doing our first dance to it

A less traditional option would be Better Half by Keith Urban. It's pretty upbeat and more of a fun song than a slow and contemplative one, but if the words work... Amazed by Lonestar and I Swear by John Michael Montgomery are also great options.

I feel that a lot of people try to find a first dance song that has lyrics that represent them, but I also feel that it doesn't necessarily need to be that. It could be a song you both enjoy listening to, that was popular at a specific time in your relationship.

Our first dance song is Stand By Me by Ben E King, my FH used to sing this to me all the time when we first started dating because it was the only song he knew on guitar, it quickly became "our" song, though there are dozens of songs I hear and think that this describes us, this one is "ours"
