Help with bra or cleavage ideas for backless dress

I was having the same problem and just had my last dress fittings after doing all of the alterations. I was trying to wear something under that definitely didn’t work well with the dress. So at my last fitting she had me take off what I was wearing under and she actually put the sticky bra on for me and it worked really well. She says a lot of people don’t know how to put them on correctly and that’s why they say that they don’t work. You also have the option of adding padding to the dress. Hope this helps a little I know how hard it is and was definitely relieved when she did that for me!

My seamstress put bra cups in my dress. Is this an option for you?

My dress has a deep V and low back, I had my seamstress sew in padded cups and they worked amazing!
