Help with Bra Issue

Don, on January 1, 2020 at 10:12 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 1 47
Ladies, has anyone gone braless or considering it, I'm having a hard time finding a good fitting strapless bra, I'm between a A and a B cup,

but I need a 40 band size, I was at a
Victoria's Secret because I want something cute, lacy and sexy, they wanted to squeeze me into a 38 band size which is way to tight, I can't find a 40B which isn't to big, so I'm thinking my boobs are small enough that I can get away with no bra, opinions please!!!!!!

I didn't wear a bra. My dress had cups built in. You are a smaller cup size than me so as long as your dress already has cups built in you should be fine.

Oh I rarely wear bras. I definitely don't plan on wearing anything with my wedding dress.

I won’t be wearing a bra. My dress is backless and I don’t like the sticky bras, so my ladies will be FREE! I agree with Veronica. If you’ve got some structure/cups in your dress, you’ll be fine. Just make sure it’s altered to fit you perfectly so there aren’t any potential wardrobe malfunctions.

Thank you Veronica, I wore a strapped bra to try on wedding dresses, I was forgetting about built in cups.

Thank you Nicole, my GIRLS are so small, I should be okay, I would probably need to have my dress altered more, I really wanted to be more busty but my estrogen treatments have left me short of my desired look unless I get implants.

I’m a DDD and I didn’t wear a bra or have cups sewn in. My dress fit well enough that it held my chest in place on its own.

Rock your body! It's beautiful no matter what "conventional" beauty standards may tell us! You're going to look amazing on your wedding day!

Eithe Me have some cups seen in or just use those sticky bras on amazon. They worked great for me.

I'm a 34H, and I went braless. My dress has the support built in and I was fine.

I specifically wore the bra I plan to wear to try on dresses... that being said, my boobs are ginormus.

I think with an A or B you should be fine. If you're not comfy, Cacique from Lane Bryant goes well past 40.

Thank you Hannah, I hate having small boobs, I was hoping to find something padded to make the pictures look better.

I feel like this something that women often are unhappy with. Mine are huge, and I wish they were smaller. I'm sure you will look lovely on your wedding day, and your fiance loves you for you. If anything, having cups built in may actually give the illusion of a larger chest (my seamstress didn't sew cups in because she said they would lift me and make me look even larger).

Thanks Mandi, I check them out for bras, it's just that all the 40 bands cups are just to big, I really wanted something padded to enhance my top, I've been on estrogen for years and I have until 2021, but I don't expect that much more growth UNFORTUNATELY!!

Oh Hannah, thank you, I didn't realize I could ask for a padded built in cups, that would be AWESOME, I'm really self conscious about my less than B cup boobs!!!!!

Another option might be if you find something at VS in a 38 that you really like, getting an extender.
