I would go with nude color shoes.

I was going to say nude, but I see you ruled that out. Maybe pink? Or a pretty pastel color for Spring?

Ah Love all the options! I wanted to go nude, but there really aren't any nude shoes that are close to the shade of my dress. They clash because they're so different. I love the navy idea. Maybe a wine?
