Hello everyone! I’m hoping someone can help me figure out this issue i have, my dress from the back keeps getting creases, what could be the issue? Is it too tight? My seamstress keeps saying to steam it and it will go away, but it didn’t! Help, wedding dress creases 1

It seems the zipper and seams don't stretch as much as the general fabric. The appearance is fine but just not smooth. Maybe the smoother look could be achieved by the material being stretched/shortened and resewn into the waistline. Probably the best thing is to see if another seamstress has a good option.
