Our venue does NOT have a kitchen, and the only source of water is those a hose hookup on the side of the building. We will have a watering station that we will ask our bartenders to keep an eye out on. Also, our cater is not a "full service" catering company. They will be helping with serving the buffet and that is it.
Question is - do I still buy glass water goblets for tables and have one pitcher for each table filled before guests arrive? There will not be servers to re-fill the pitchers on tables. Or do I just leave the glasses empty on tables, and let people fill up themselves at the watering station, no pitcher then on table? Or do I not have any glasses on tables and just have cold bottled water in big ice buckets?
PS - We will have about 185 guests. So around 23-25 tables.
