Help of Day of Itinerary

We are getting married a week before you and this is what I have so far, but please someone tell me if I need to change it.
8:00 am: Hair and makeup at venue. MUA said this would be the time we would need to start to get everyone's hair and makeup done. She said she would spend 2 hours on me alone.
At some point during that time, we will eat lunch lol. 1 PM: Getting ready pics 2 PM: Bride pics 3 PM: Groom pics 4 to 430: Gather thoughts before ceremony 430 to 5: Ceremony 5 to hopefully 530 or 545: Bridal Party Pics 545 600: Cutting cake 600 to 645 or 700: Dinner 700 to 730: Special Dances and such 730 to 1030: Reception/ Dance Floor 1030: Last Dance/everyone leaves

I really relied on a timeline my makeup artist gave me based on what time she would need to be there to do my makeup and how much time her assistant would need for the bridesmaids, especially since we were doing first look pictures.

I also watch Mariah Robinson on youtube who helped a lot as well.

Have you discussed timeline with your photographer yet? I had mine completely planned out and it all changed once we discussed things with our photographer. They do it all the time so they can give great feedback.

Date twins! What time are you doing your ceremony? We are doing ours at 2:30pm and I would be happy to send you my timeline I worked out with my photographer

That would be amazing! We are thinking around the same time, but our venue requires us to be out at 10:00 pm.

We are staying at a hotel near the airport that we are flying out of, about 2 hours away so my goal is to be out of our reception pretty early. We are having a dry wedding so I really don't see any problems with us getting out in time. My bridal party and family will be staying or going back Sunday to gather our decorations, and our venue does all the clean up. Depending on circumstances, you may want to move everything around a little. Also, we have a lot of time for pictures and such because we have 9 people per side for the bridal party.
