Deep breaths, you’re going to get through this! Try breaking down the worry and see what you can do to solve it. For the physical reaction, ginger and peppermint (taste and smell) really help with nausea. Keep some ginger all handy to sip on in your changing room and at the reception, and have mints or ginger chews handy throughout the day. (Check anti-nausea medicine before using it, because a lot of it causes drowsiness!) You can also dab a tiny bit of peppermint oil on your upper lip, just below your nostrils, as something you can smell to keep steady.

Now for the mental reasons that are making you so anxious! Are you afraid of being the center of attention? You can find lots of advice for fear of public speaking that will help with that. Practice what you have to say, walking in your wedding shoes, etc. Visualize being successful at it and remind yourself that literally everyone is there because they support you and your fiance! A friendly crowd helps a lot. Slow, deep breaths are good. In through the nose, out through the mouth.
Are you afraid of something going wrong? You can double-check things and have a backup plan for whatever you’re worried about to help ease your mind. Make sure you have a Day-Of Coordinator, even if it’s just a close friend who’s designated as the point person for vendors and questions. That will take a ton of stress off. And remember that something goes wrong at every wedding, and most people have no idea or it becomes the fun memory. My mom messed up lighting her side of the unity candle at BOTH my brother’s and my weddings, and it’s a very fond memory for all of us. The DJ played the wrong song for our first dance, but no one but us and my bridesmaids realized, and it turned into a special memory for me because my non-demonstrative husband sang along with the lyrics to me as we danced. If you go in with an attitude of rolling with the punches, you can get through all the little problems.
Is there something else specific that’s worrying you? Talk it out here and we can try to help!

What aspect is making you stress so much?

You might change the ceremony style so that you will be more comfortable -- if that is what one of the issues is.

We'll see if others can help you sort this out.

Also, check if maybe the scent of mint could help keep you calm, even if you have to bathe in it. Ok. don't go that far.
