Help! Need parents gift ideas

And to clarify, it’s $1k for each couple but it doesn’t have to necessarily be a joint gift for each couple.

We got both our parents really nice wedding photo albums after the event.

Sounds like an odd gift for a wedding but we bought my parents that Drinksworks machine (keyring for cocktails) and I have never seen them so happy. A super nice bottle of wine is also a great gift. So are nice hoop earrings for women. FH's parents love shows and once splurged for the front row at a Broadway show, so that's another great gift (doesn't need to be NYC ofc)

I have seen professional photo books given as gifts to parents. Even websites like Shutterly have some really nice binding. You can customize everything.

You could have pictures of you with parents/in-laws professionally framed and given as a gift or have pictures printed on canvas.

Cost shouldn't matter as long as it's meaningful for both the giver/receiver.

I bought my mom a pair of 1 carat diamond earrings she has been wanting for a long time, along with a mother’s ring. I got my dad a custom “always your little girl” frame with a case of clearly Canadian (it’s a nostalgic thing between us). I think you should get them something they wouldn’t buy themselves and/or something that will always remind them of this memory with you!
