Send out cancellation notices to those who are cut

Send change of plans cards. They essentially say you'd love if everyone could be there but you're downsizing due to covid to keep everyone safe. I also included a zoom link for the ceremony. I got my from Zazzle but I've seen them on most sites that sell invitations

I love Katie's idea. Have you thought about doing a virtual wedding for those who will not be attending now so they still feel apart of it?

I would call those who you are no longer planning on inviting. I personally think it is rude just to send them a piece of paper telling them.
