The first dress I just got for 50 dollars at lulu's! I was instantly drawn to it and it fits me perfectly. I love it so much I am doubting my first dress that I bought 2 years ago I already had some portraits taken of my first one. But I cant help feeling like the new one is more me. I also hate...

I also hate to throw the 500 I spent on the original dress down the toilet. Which do you guys think looks better?

I’m agreeing with the majority- 2nd dress for the ceremony and Lulu’’s dress for the reception. Lulu’s dress looks more like a party dress!

I'm guilty of both as well! So I'm using one dress for ceremony and one dress for reception Smiley smile I don't feel as guilty because my FH is changing twice as well. He's wearing his military Blues and then reception his Tuxedo. I recommend since you love both to use both of them! or choose one for your engagement photos/ bridal event. Smiley flower I feel the first one would look lovely for your rehearsal dinner as well. Best wishes!

Without seeing the other dress on you - I currently pick the first one. It's beautiful and fits you perfectly.

Like everyone has said, there's just something special about that Lulu's dress on you! It fits your frame perfectly and the top layer of lace is so dreamy and romantic! 🥰

You can also totally wear both dresses - a ceremony and reception dress - but if you really feel more like yourself in the 1st dress then go for it!

That's awesome that you got that first one for $50!! It looks amazing on you!! I love both dresses but if you love that Lulu's dress go for it!! Then you could sell your other one if you wanted to. Or you can wear one for the ceremony and one for the reception?? Up to you and hopefully this helps!!

I would wear the dress from Lulu's! It's gorgeous on you. The other dress is beautiful, too, but like some others suggested, you could always sell it on StillWhite.com Smiley smile

One dress for the ceremony and the other for the reception. They are both beautiful dresses.

I love the LuLu's dress! I think the sleeved dress is more fitting for a fall wedding though. Perhaps wardrobe change and make the LuLu's one a reception dress?

That Lulus dress is AMAZING on you. It's also a bit more fun, unique, and classily sexy. I ordered a half dozen Lulus dresses and none flattered me like that one does you (so envious!)

You might be able to make a good chunk of money back on the original dress by consigning online or at a local bridal consignment because it is unworn. The first one is definitely gorgeous - but I sense that you like the fun and sparkle of the new one better Smiley smile

I love the first dress! And with it being October you can easily swap out a shrug if needed.

When I was first looking at dresses, I was considering one with sleeves until someone brought up a few good points:

-You're going to be doing a lot of moving and sleeves may hinder movements or make you warm.

-Sequins and lace will catch on nearly everything!
