Help me pick a chicken dish!!!

I don't like chicken that much (especially at weddings) because it's almost always bland and dry. Nevertheless, some people don't eat much red meat so I figured chicken would be the safest route. Since I'm not a fan of chicken, help me pick my second entree. Picture with chicken selections attached....

I LOVE capers. Personally I would love to have the piccata, but as far as appealing to a large group with one dish, the parm is probably your best bet.

Chicken parm is the most delicious sounding but it can also be messy. I'd go with the rosemary rub.

My personal choice would be the pecan crusted, but I know nut allergies are very common. I think you're safest choice would def be the parm, though I am not a fan of it.

Also, I HATE the "m" word. GROSS.

I like the chicken pecan but it could be an issue with nut allergies. I would go for Piccata if not pecan.

I would go with Chicken Chardonnay or Piccata. I have encountered a lot of dry Chicken Parms.
