I also couldn't find the exact one, but it seems as though some of the dresses in the Eddy K Dreams line are similar.

The original dress is by designer Elena Vasylkova, which is now under LuceSposa bridal group. I found it as picture 10/17 on this bridal store's weddingwire page (https://www.weddingwire.com/biz/charme-gaby-clearwater/6b88dde4999ec0b8.html) and then on Elena Vasylkova's Facebook page here (https://www.facebook.com/elena.vasylkova/photos/1494997613929462) posted on August 14, 2017. Based on this photo on their instagram of a bride in the gown (https://www.instagram.com/p/Bqt6J_jHgxF/), the name of the style is the Naomi. This older photo on their instagram confirms it (https://www.instagram.com/p/BiEVuYnHkOl/). I don't know if it's still being produced, because most of the marketing is a couple years old, but I hope this helps!

So glad I was able to help! It was definitely a tricky one to find- it's harder with a lot of the dresses that are a couple years old because knock off websites use so many of the images which clogs up the search results.
