It's also possible she's not even a bride but is rather a model hired by the dress maker for photos.

Your best bet is probably doing a reverse image search to try to track down the maker.

I think you can easily have this made. Looks like a crepe-fabric column dress with slight train, a built-in corset (inside), natural waist, cowl neck, and lace trim at the bust. You may want to make or purchase the cathedral length mantilla first so the lace can match the dress.
