I said yes to a dress and put a deposit but now I’m second guessing my decision. I had Tried on another dress that I absolutely Loved but there were a few people who’d didn’t love it. The next time I went Shopping I went With just my grandma and she loved this one dress and I really Liked it too so I said Yes. I honestly think i was tired of dress shopping at this point too.

But now that I’ve gone back and looked at the other dress I think I liked It more! I love The back of the halter dress I chose But the other dress I tried Was just beautiful with the glitter and deep plunge that I really Wanted.
I dont Know what to do now. I’m willing to buy the other dress but don’t know if I really Should. And also I’m a little scared to call the other bridal shop to try and see what can be done if I don’t want the dress anymore.

I think your first choice is beautiful. I also think it’s totally normal to second guess. I did and I have seen a lot of others second guessing. I don’t think there’s a need to buy a second dress. Plus down payments are not refundable and you’d be losing that money

Girrrl! I love the first dress/the one you bought! To be honest I like it better than the second dress! Both look great on you though💯The first dress is just so unique and pretty especially the train 😍 it’s normal to second guess. I’ve done that too with hair accessories too haha but it’s normal🤷🏽‍♀️

The halter dress you bought is beautiful and unique. (Is that a slit I see in front or are you holding something I can’t tell)
The deep plunge dress feels so common. It looks like every other dress that every other bride wears.
I wasn’t 100% in love with my dress. It was a sample and half off and if I didn’t get it I wouldn’t have been able to afford it once the sample was gone. So I got it. I still felt beautiful on my wedding day and I got so many compliments on how good it/I looked. So don’t stress. Once you commit to one, delete all pictures of other dresses.

Hands down the 2nd. That one made you feel the most beautiful and that’s why it’s in your head. So go in that direction. And yes it’s normal and that’s why I have two brand new dresses I will never wear because I didn’t go with my first choice.

Both are gorgeous but I love the one you chose. It’s so much more unique. Second guessing is totally normal! Just remember all the reasons that made you pick it in the first place. And most importantly, once you’ve made your final decision, stop looking at dresses!! This only makes the second guessing and confusion worse.

The second dress gives you a Wow factor! I guess I’m more of team second dress. It looks so stunning on you! If you are in love with a dress, you should go for it. Sometimes our tastes change during the wedding planning process. And if you found the dress you love, then get it! You want to be happy with your choice and you want to feel beautiful on your day! I bought a dress from a retailer I formed a friendship with, then I found my dream dress somewhere else. And honestly, I just went for my second dress because this was my dream dress. So choose the one you love! This is for you!

Personally, I love the first dress. The detailing on the back and front are gorgeous, and I've always been a lover of a train like that! But of course, it's your decision, so if you really love the second one more, then maybe call the shop and see what they can do. If you have the budget to get the second one then you could try to resell the first one if it's too late to get your money back for it.
