Help! i can’t decide bridesmaids robes color

Silvia, on October 2, 2019 at 10:56 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 10
My options are a blush color or burgundy. So the bridesmaids dresses are burgundy so o don’t know if o should do burgundy or blush for the robes. I’ve seen pictures and I see must girls go with pastel colors and I kinda like the look but then again idk if it’s better that they have the same or different color. I’m not preferir. Any of these colors at the moment. I’ve asked my friends which ones they like and it’s even. So then it’s leaving it up to me but I can’t decide. Which one do you think looks better for pictures? I do have some blush/ pink rose in my flowers along with burgundy and white. Let me know please

I personally think the blush would look better in photos, and I don't think it matters that they don't exactly match the dresses! They're still coordinating beautifully Smiley smile Have you thought about maybe floral robes that are mainly blush colored but have burgundy accents? They might not be as conducive to the "Bridesmaid" lettering though.

I love blush robes but they're done so much, I think the burgundy would be a good way to mix it up! Either one would be beautiful though.

What if you do a mixture of each. Since you said that it was split evenly the colors. You could do half in blush and the other half in burgundy?

My BM's dresses are also burgundy so I choose a different color for their robes. For some reason I felt like seeing them in burgundy all day and in every photo of them seemed weird to me... so, I would say blush!! Plus it's bright and will brighten your getting ready photos.

I think the darker one will look nicer in photos against whatever you are wearing (I assume white). My BM wore black to get ready in and it looked nice!

For my wedding, I had a white robe, my flower girls has pink floral robes, my mom had silver, and my bridesmaids/groomswoman had a red robes. Our colors were red and black with blush and silver as accent colors so I thought those robe choices were perfect. Our wedding colors were fire engine red and black, but I couldn't find robes in that bright of red so they are slightly darker red. I don't see any reason why you can't go with a darker color if that's what you like especially if you want the robes to be the same for as their dresses.

I did burgundy robes for the girls and white for myself but in crepe fabric, as I'm not crazy about satin. And I had their names sewn in the front instead of "bridesmaid". I thought about doing blush robes but I read a lot of reviews saying that they were kinda see-through and decided to play it safe. I did end up really liking the burgundy and white contrast between my robe and theirs.
