Help... Hair style up or down for the bridesmaid??

Ask they what they are comfortable doing with their hair.

Not sure what tattoos have to do with the styling of their hair either.

Let them wear their hair however they want. They don’t need to look like clones. I also have no idea what earrings or tattoos have to do with anything.

I'd leave it up to each bridesmaid as to how she wants to style her hair, regardless of earrings or tattoos.

I’m going to leave mine down like in my profile pic. But it depends on the girl.

Let them wear their hair however they want to wear it. They need to feel comfortable and pretty, also.
As far as the tattoos, I’m not entirely sure what you are asking here? But if you are worried about her tattoos showing, they make tattoo coverup makeup that can easily be applied, won’t transfer, and looks natural. My friend used it for her wedding.

Tattoo issues is that she don’t want to show them the dress is strapless and backs shows as well so which is the one that she hates are the ones that shows.

Definitely let each girl choose whatever she wants - they shouldn't have to tell you beforehand. The earrings will be fine no matter what
