Help! Crease under my boobs

Ashley, on September 9, 2020 at 8:15 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 8
Hi there. I’m marrying in 10 days. Got home and realized there is a crease under my boobs. Cups are sewn into the dress! The sample dress I first tried on didn’t have the crease. Also there was no crease before the straps were tightened. What should I do? Help! Crease under my boobs 1

You need to head back to the seamstress today and have her fix it. I would not touch it but have her fix it.

Run, don’t walk back to your seamstress. There is definitely something not right there. Your dress is beautiful and you want it to look right on you.

They likely need to relax the straps. Unfortunately because you’re so busty you risk that crease or some cleavage because of the neckline.

I would definitely take that back to the seamstress to fix. What did you wear with the sample dress? DId you have a bra? You may need to remove the bra inserts and wear a strapless if possible

With the sample I didn’t wear a bra. There were already cups sewn in.

That’s exactly what I was thinking. When the straps were looser, there was barely a crease..

Definitely share the pictures with your seamstress and make them fix it. Or ask them for alternative solutions.

As everyone else said, definitely go back to the seamstress. I don't know what the back looks like, but I feel like some of the issue could be caused by the placement of the straps in the back. If they go toward the middle of your back, that would pull the front of the dress differently than if they go straight down behind your shoulders. So, it might be possible to have them moved, rather than loosened, so the top of the dress still feels secure. It could also be related to the shape/placement/thickness of the cups.
