Help choosing between two very different venues!

Hi there! I need some advice or guidance for choosing a venue. My fiancé and I saw a venue last week and it was perfect (bed and breakfast venue). We really loved it and it was pretty much all-inclusive (includes food, alcohol, cake, room for the night, bridal suite to get ready in, etc.). We would only have to get the officiant, DJ and photographer. Yesterday, we saw another venue which is very different than the first (barn venue), but we still loved it and are highly considering it. However, at this venue we would need to get our own caterer, alcohol, linens, etc. We would also have to rent a shuttle and they don’t have a bridal suite. Logistically, it just seems like it might be more stressful, but the owner of the property would act as our day of coordinator and would help with set up, tear down, etc. The all-inclusive venue is about 10% more expensive but my fiancé and I think it might be worth it for the all-inclusive to not deal with the logistics. Any thoughts or advice?

Definitely the all-inclusive! We looked at both types, and the the barn type where we would have had to provide everything would have been almost twice as much. On top of that, there's the headache of coordinating everything yourself! We booked a beautiful venue on the water that does the ceremony, food, open bar, linens, etc., plus it has a bridal suite and a suite for the groom and his men. We also did a shuttle from a local hotel. The only extra thing we had to do was the DJ/photo/video - we did a package from the Pros.

We are doing an all inclusive as well and it has taken so much stress off of me. I have less places to have to coordinate with

I would choose the all-inclusive. It's far less stressful and is usually cheaper in the long run. Just make sure that you check out the vendors and you like the food before you commit.

Worth it! I have pretty much all inclusive and my coordinator with the venue is wonderful. I really feel like I would be more stressed if I were in charge of all the extras that wouldn't be included in an all inclusive.
